CANCELLATION POLICY
Please request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase as our team does their best to process your order as quickly as possible.
REFUND POLICY
The customer is responsible to claim for refund the same day of delivery date. Any claim after the date of delivery will not be considered for refunds.
RETURN POLICY
The customer will bear the responsibility for shipping the returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. Kindly repack the product in its original packaging. It is crucial to retain the box, packing material until further instructions. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges upon return of the item. Please refrain from discarding any of these items. A refund will be granted upon receiving the undamaged product in its original condition and packaging. The refund process may take up to 7 business days to be credited after it has been issued. These will be absolutely necessary for the claiming process with the corresponding carrier.
